Unleash the shadows over Morcia with the LEGO Knights’ Kingdom II: Vladek Building Set (8786). Released in 2004, this set brings the primary antagonist of the realm to life as a formidable buildable action figure. Clad in his signature menacing black and translucent red armor, Lord Vladek stands as a towering threat to the heroic knights. The figure is engineered with a specialized skeletal system that allows for a high degree of posability, enabling fans to recreate the dramatic sword-fighting stances and aggressive lunges seen in the Knights’ Kingdom lore.

The centerpiece of Vladeks arsenal is his massive broadsword and his iconic Scorpion Shield, featuring the dreaded crest of the Shadow Knight. A unique mechanical play feature is integrated into the figures backa manual gear wheel that, when turned, activates a slashing sword-arm motion. This interactive element transforms Vladek from a static display piece into a battle-ready warrior, perfect for high-stakes duels against Sir Jayko or King Mathias. This specific U.S. edition is distinguished by its inclusion of three exclusive character game cards, allowing the battle to move from the floor to the tabletop for a strategic card-game experience.

Crafting this figure offers an engaging building experience that bridges the gap between traditional LEGO bricks and specialized Technic-style elements. The 52-piece count ensures a satisfying build that results in a sturdy, durable figure capable of withstanding intense imaginative play. Whether he is leading an army of Shadow Knights or standing as a dark sentinel on a collectors shelf, Vladeks striking silhouette and historical significance in the LEGO Castle timeline make him an essential acquisition for any enthusiast of the mid-2000s era.
